You will have a selection of Real Estate services providers. That means several photographers, videographers, media providers, graphic designers, marketing specialists, stagers etc. to choose from, just a like a marketplace. That way if someone is not available when you need them or you need a service that is a bit different from what you usually need, you have options. 

Where this will stand out from a typical marketplace is the consistency in quality services and great people.  This platform will be open to professionals with industry experience and a focus on being a team player.  Yes, that means Caydence Photography will not be the only provider.  In fact, we expect to have some clients migrate to other service providers, which makes sense in a marketplace.  Being one of the companies in reVision also keeps us accountable and flexible, and when you have the services you need when you need them, the platform is doing its job.

Media providers in the Real Estate industry have always eyed up the brokerage opportunities you have as an agent.  It's a space where you can find others who do what you do, to talk to, bounce ideas off of and generally build community to rely on.  Media providers are frequently alone, competitive and struggling to provide you with services to keep you engaged in an affordable way.  To solve this problem, reVision will house great people in one space, collectively working together to provide an array of services that meet all your needs in the industry, in a collaborative environment that supports all small businesses, including ours.  When everyone has what they need, we will all find greater success!

In order to help all members feel at home, reVision will provide an onboarding system that teaches you the ropes.  We'll get you set up through click funnels, tutorials and guides to help you become familiar with the platform.  A chat function will encourage you to ask questions as you go, FAQs, tips and tricks will be available as well as supportive community members to enrich your experience.  The key to reVision is to build automation with support where you need it.

Q:  "I'm a real estate agent who just wants photos and media, and doesn't want to do any of this platform stuff.  Is that still an option?"

A:  Of course!  Caydence Photography will still be available for all your media service needs. You would book services as a guest and continue to receive the best service out there!  

Q:  "What will it cost to be a member?"

A:  Right now in beta testing mode, it's free!  No cost at all. In fact the perks are that if you help us build the system, you can have an entire year of free service, until 01/01/2024.  Once the system is complete and running smoothly, the membership fee will be $20/mo.  

Q:  "Woah, that's a lot! Why such a bold cost?  What will I get for that fee?"

A:  Until we have a finished platform, it will be hard to explain all of the benefits of being a member.  Primarily, the plan is to offer a 10-15% discount on photos, RMS, iGuide, Aerial photos and video when they are booked together.  Currently we are building resources such as tutorials, templates, resources for growing your business, as well as finding experts to connect with you to support your marketing goals.  reVision exists to offer you a network you can't find anywhere else to increase your business success from a real estate industry media centric perspective and to provide you with ways to utilise your media outside of MLS listing. If you're excited about hanging out with great people who all care about the same outcomes, the fee is a small amount for such a great benefit.

Q:  "I'm a competitive real estate agent.  I don't want to share resources, help other agents and give away my trade secrets.  I don't think this platform is for me."

A:  We will never be able to make everyone happy.  That's not our end goal.  But the community we are building will be worth keeping an eye on.  You never know where your future will take you!

Q:  "How will you ensure great service, and keep providers and clients accountable for their behaviour?"

A:  Great Question!  Aside from all members signing on with a terms and conditions contract, we're creating an environment of supportive and caring individuals who have empathy, understanding, and contribute to building community.  While that sounds all mushy and ephemeral, we are aware that we are creating a concept that is living.  It will change and adapt in the ways it needs to in order for the community to persevere, while the core values remain consistent.  We will endeavor to treat people like human beings who respect the boundaries of a community with expectations.  If you need a list of rules and consequences, let's chat some more!

Q:  "When are you expecting the platform to be complete?"

A: 01/01/2024, but if things go well, much earlier! We'll keep you posted.  It will be an exciting year to develop, test, revise, and envision the community.  I hope you will help us build something spectacular!

Q:  "Lisa, why are you doing this? It seems like an expensive and risky venture."

A: Yes to both of those, but if you don't dream big and build bigger, you'll never truly live. (I just made that up, do you like it? lol)

I have spent years and years alone as a small business owner struggling to get started, then to subsist and help others be successful.  I've always had difficulty finding resources to help my business grow and wise people who could help me out without expecting a huge cheque in return.  Media providers are typically insanely competitive. I am not.  I believe that if we work together, collectively we'll all be more successful. reVision is a way to relieve the stress from small business owners who are agents or media creators, in the real estate industry. Through this platform, you don't have to be alone and exasperated at the inability to find what you need to grow and succeed.
